Curing Some Boredom - A Few Winston-Salem Firehouses (WSFD)

The fact that these are 6, 7 and 8 is coincidental. They just happened to be ones I was riding by while out and about. It seems WSFD tries, at least on a minimum level, to have their houses blend into the communities they serve.



Station 7 houses Winston's Heavy Rescue. It's located over near the 5 Points intersection of Stratford

Station 8's 1st Due covers Wake Forest University, Reynolda Village and the surrounding area.

Station 6 houses Engine 6 and is located over in Ardmore. First Due includes Baptist and Forsyth Hospitals.
