Saturday Morning Specials

Engine 52 ran a couple of serious 10-50s this morning. The first, we ran around 0130 on Holden Avenue at the Wendover overpass, involved a single vehicle and a bridge pylon. The driver was conscious but has considerable injuries.

Companies on ticket - Engine 52, Squad 400 (EMS Sup.), and a GCEMS medic unit.

Around 0530, Engine 52 was toned out for a 10-50 PI with multiple vehicles involved and possibly multiple vehicles rolled over. Upon arrival, 52 found a Chevy sedan with collision damage to the rear of the drivers side but no evidence of rollover. Approximately 50 yards east of the sedan was a Nissan 350z that had rolled and was lying on it's roof.

The 2 passengers in the Chevy were transported via GCEMS with minor injuries. The driver of the Nissan, was ambulatory upon arrival with no chief complaint. Lucky guy.
