Mr. Young submitted his resignation on Tuesday ending his two-year stint with Greensboro. He's headed to Alexandria, VA, where he'll be getting a pretty hefty raise with a salary of roughly $245,000 a year. Denise Roth Turner will be appointed as Interim City Manager and receive a $40,000 salary increase.
