Single Vehicle 10-50 w/ Injuries (Wendover & Holden)

E52, along with the Rescue, GCEMS and Unit 400 ran this 10-50 around 3 am this morning. It was initially dispatched as a Pin In (party trapped) but upon our arrival the patient was lying in the street being tended to by Guilford County Paramedics. E52 assisted with patient care while Rescue 5 insured the vehicle was stable and there were no additional hazards on scene.
