Council Voted To Give Rashad Young 4% Raise, Car Allowance
"...no city employee has received a merit salary increase since 2008. About $2.2 million was for an average 1.5 percent average merit increase was passed in the 2011-2012 budget. Turlington said city staff is still figuring out the best way to administer those raises."
